LaserForm ST200

LaserForm ST200 material enables the manufacture of complex fully dense usable metal parts in a matter of days. Final composition is approximately 46% bronze and 54% 420 stainless steel.

Data was generated by building parts under typical processing conditions:
new material processed at 36 Watts laser power,762 cm/sec scan speed, 0.075mm scan spacing,
0.075mm layer thickness on an SLS Sinterstation HiQ 2500plus, and then debinded, sintered and bronze infiltrated at 85% weight in an oven.
Final composition is approximately 46% bronze and 54% 420 stainless steel.
Fully dense is defined as achieving 99.5% after sintering and infiltration.
